week one under my belt and OMYGOODNESS!!!! I survived - the Lord must have a purpose for all this nonsense. Won't spend humiliating time on the details but I'm alive when I was pretty sure I was gonna get to see my Jesus this week.
I got to thinking all these years my tag line has been keep chasing righteousness! I guess this has become a self fulfilling prophesy....lol.....be careful what your mouths say.

woo hoo! I've been pounding the "treadmill" and it's been a love/hate relationship. I feel your pain. Keep it up!
Love that you are doing this. I'd love to try. What have you been doing as you start slowly? Where were you with exercise before you started? I prayed for you as I wrote this!
okay Tina you keep running maybe you could make a trip out ot cali and join the 5k on may 21st. our team is growing - currently 19 runners.
Dena - doing the couch to 5k - great for this non-exerciser for sure.
